Meet the locals

With over 100 sloths at the sanctuary it’s hard to believe in such a short time you actually build relationships. I had a theory, if I was to wear the same shirt they’d get to know my scent. Well that didn’t last as I was over myself in 2 days! These are just a some of the cool kids that seemed to enjoy the paparazzi. I do have a few favourites  as to not offend, these are in no particular order. 🙂  I will say the three fingered sloth aka the Bradypus are very very cool and yes both Samantha & Matthew did manage to get their fair share of hugs. I will mention at this point a lot is still not yet known about these peaceful animals and with education and funds hopefully a better habitat can be designed more inline with their natural habitat. In the mean time they are well loved and cared for.
